Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at Karma Staff, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing the value of our services and building strong relationships. Your role will be crucial in identifying and closing new business deals and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

Comfortable with VOIP services and 24/7 work timings

Education: Min Graduate - Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus

Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative, especially in dealing with American Customers.

Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Strong active-listening skills, excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.

Computer skills: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Good computer skills are necessary for handling customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and supporting the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Communication Management

Answer calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule appointments while maintaining effective communication via phone and email.

Sales and Lead Generation Execution

Conduct outbound sales, collection, and service calls, generating leads through cold calls and follow-up marketing efforts, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.

Product Development Insight

Identify new products to enhance potential sales offerings.

Record Keeping and Performance Monitoring

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, compile sales reports, and monitor sales performance to keep databases current with all customer interactions and transactions.

Administrative Support and IT Management

Assist with office administrative tasks to support IT management and daily operations.

Compliance Adherence and Professionalism

Follow established scripts and procedures, adhering to company compliance standards while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Team Support and Mentoring

Mentor new team members to ensure efficient task completion and contribute to meeting individual and group performance targets.
