Job Overview

As a Customer Success Representative at Karma Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service that exceeds their expectations. Your role will be crucial in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Comfortable with VOIP services and 24/7 work timings

Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management

Willingness to learn and passion for helping others

Education: Any Graduate or higher

K

Customer service experience especially in dealing with American customers

Proficiency in Problem-solving - is important for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Multitasking: The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and navigate in a Windows environment is crucial.

Computer skills: Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Good computer skills are necessary for handling customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction Management

Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional service with empathy, while also handling collections and outbound communications to ensure comprehensive support and satisfaction.

Issue Resolution and Compliance

Resolve complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring adherence to scripts and compliance with regulations. This includes maintaining the integrity of customer interaction records and timely completion of tasks.

Technical and Administrative Support

Provide IT support, such as facilitating computer backups and software upgrades, while also supporting office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Relationship Building and Customer Engagement

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service.

Performance and Target Management

Meet personal and team performance targets, manage customer satisfaction levels, and address complaints effectively to improve overall service quality.

Professional Development and Team Support

Mentor new colleagues, represent the company with professionalism, and continuously seek personal and professional growth within the business.

Marketing and Strategic Support
