As a Bookkeeping Professional at Karma Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing insightful financial reports to our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited.

Key Responsibilities :
Record Keeping
Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses, into the accounting system.
Bank Reconciliation
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and accounts receivable by sending invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
Financial Reporting
Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Expense Management
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that all expenditures are within budget and in compliance with company policies.
Tax Compliance
Assist in preparing tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Financial Analysis
Provide valuable insights through financial analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings.
